Milk must be stored just below 5°C otherwise bacteria growth is inevitable. The Ambiente-2 features a compressor powered Mini Refrigerator. The milk can be left inside for 24 hours or more (unlike with other 24 Volt units).

 

Milk over 5°C will grow bacteria already after 3 minutes. In other words, all utensils in contact with milk, such as steam wand, stainless steel pitcher, automatic foaming devices including milk tubes must be cleaned immediately. The Ambiente-2 will rinse and sanitize the entire milk system from within the refrigerator after every milk product dispensed. This ensures an absolute hygienic and sanitized milk system all day long.


The Ambiente-2 features a patented twin chamber automatic Milk Foaming / Steaming Device. Milk is independently heated for hot foam or hot milk via steam injectors. The end result is the Foam Temperature at 70°C and the Milk Temperature at 80°C.

Traditional Steam Wand The steam wand is easy to keep clean. Just wipe it with a wet cloth right after use. If a stainless steel pitcher is being used for frothing, it too must be cleaned immediately. Staff must be proper trained on foaming techniques.

The steam wand features an integrated thermometer monitoring the milk temperature as it is being steamed. The steam will then automatically shut off at the correct milk temperature ensuring consistent milk quality. Staff is able to attend to other tasks while the machine is steaming milk.

Cappuccino Foamer

 

This Single Step Automatic Milk Foaming device produces high quality hot foam. It is not intended for hot milk. The foamer is not automatically sanitized after every use.
Foamino Hot Milk Foamer The foamino keeps the milk hot inside a container. Ideal as an add-on to existing equipment or for high volume applications. The milk left over in the evening becomes waste as it can not be re-used in the morning again.
